Smoke-free after more than 15 years
I started smoking in high school instead of chewing. I graduated in 2001 and have smoked ever since with 3-4 attempts to quit. On November 7, 2016, I smoked my last cigarette. I had yet another chest infection. Coughing and choking on flem, I went for a cigarette only to almost vomit from coughing and the taste was horrible. I finally threw the rest of them away. It is now June 2017, and I am still cigarette free. Although I never used this to help me quit, the ads from project filter did help me stay on track. Now I just have to go see the doctor to find out how bad the damage is.
